If you are in the business of recruiting to make money by carpet bombing resumes plucked from job portals - we are a peace loving company and don't need bombers.

If you have a basket full of clients that you serve but are not sure if even 80% of them would be willing to recommend you highly to us in case we ask you for references, then maybe you are in the wrong business.

If you don't believe in understanding requirements and don't have a particularly good head hunting team in place which can deliver continuously then you would be wasting our time and yours.
