If you would like to...

In this position you will be responsible for the successful delivery of application development projects. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:

• Utilize Agile Methodologies to manage full life-cycle development of large, complex, J2EE & .NET projects
• Manage team dynamics, delivering coaching and candid feedback
• Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
• Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver superior solutions
• Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities
• Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel

And you have...

• 5+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications
• 4+ years of Project Management experience oncustom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects
• Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including Program Management organisation, presentations, project planning, managing expectations
• Experience managing large teams (20+ people) is a plus
• Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus
• Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies
• Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
• Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Energy, Government and/or Retail would be a huge plus
• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent
• Able to travel to client sites, including international travel
• Fluent in written and oral English
