And you have...

• 5 years of business or systems analysis experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Experience of long term, large scale projects and of leading small teams of analysts/ quality assurance staff
• Familiarity with object oriented analysis and design and have worked on systems developed in Java J2EE and .NET
• Experience in writing use cases, defining acceptance tests, following requirements through to production and training developers in business issues but have more recently worked along Project Managers to help define project scope, facilitate communication upward and outward and help the PM articulate project status in terms of business value
• Exposure to modelling tools and languages such as Visio, Rose, UML and ERD
• Participated in full lifecycle development on large projects (more than 15 people. Longer than 6 months)
• Ideally worked on a programme using Agile methods
• Exceptional communication and people skills, especially listening skills
• Experience of early stage client engagements and are very comfortable defining requirements at the very earliest stage
• Ideally an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
