ThoughtWorks UK offers a number of benefits in addition to basic salary. Our aim is to look after our employees at all stages in their lives and we've put together the following to achieve this. All of our benefits are available from your first day and the package is open to everyone who joins us.

  • Pension contribution TW will contribute 6% into a Group Personal Pension plan, even if you don't contribute a penny
  • 25 days holiday as well as the eight public holidays
  • Private Medical Insurance. This is funded for you by ThoughtWorks. Any additional family members are funded by the ThoughtWorker at a considerably reduced cost
  • Life assurance and Critical illness insurance at three times salary
  • Income protection insurance at up to 75% of your salary
  • Tax efficient childcare vouchers
  • Company laptop
  • Maternity Benefit. Staff are eligible for up to six months full pay in addition to statutory minimum, this will be paid in part whilst on leave and part on return to work
  • Paternity leave. Two weeks full pay
  • Investment in your development. We actively encourage and support our staff to get involved in appropriate external conferences and training to develop their own knowledge and bring this back to ThoughtWorks
  • Complimentary drinks, fresh fruit and snacks in the office.
