ThoughtWorks trainers are all active practitioners and bring a wealth of consulting and delivery experience to their material. This concept provides IT professionals with regular opportunities to learn from their desktop about innovative concepts and techniques that drive change in enterprise software development, at a low cost.
Users participate in live webinars during which they can ask questions and explore ideas in depth. Session participants are able to exchange their ideas and experiences with the original presenters on a discussion board for a limited time as the participants apply these tools in the field.
