• Intensive Agile Coaching

An intensive two-to-three week training programme, tailored specifically to the organisation and the project. Provides a deep contextual understanding of how Agile development methods work and the benefits the team and organisation will be able to achieve by using the methodology.

• Agile Pilot

Undertaking an Agile Pilot with ThoughtWorks can provide both the momentum and the value proposition to undertake the paradigm shift to Agile.
