  • Portfolio Analysis

Helps your organisation take control of its projects and maximise their return on investment. Identifies localized opportunities for improved effectiveness and establishes a programme-level value proposition for ongoing project analysis.

An intensive two-to-three week training programme, tailored specifically to the organisation and the project. Provides a deep contextual understanding of how Agile development methods work and the benefits the team and organisation will be able to achieve by using the methodology.

  • Agile Pilot

Undertaking an Agile Pilot with ThoughtWorks can provide both the momentum and the value proposition to undertake the paradigm shift to Agile. We help identify an appropriate project, build a co-sourced team and release plan and ensure business value is delivered throughout the learning curve. Pairing with ThoughtWorks reduces the risk associated with change and provides a high level of feedback to participants including the business and the organisational stakeholders, which enhances understanding of outcomes and increases value.

  • Agile Organisational Design
  • Organisational Design for Agility can provide an organisation with the ability to make the gains achieved through implementation of Agile methods across the enterprise. ThoughtWorks will set up the frameworks, design the organisational structure, organise teams, and then coach/mentor the leaders through several programme releases.
